Creating an account gives you access to time-saving features like Express Checkout, which stores account information to simplify the order process. When you log in, you will have access to your billing and shipping addresses, wishlist items and your order history. You do not need an account to place an order, but it makes shopping at Barcodewarehouse.biz even easier and faster.  Create an Account

We ask that you use your email address as your User Name, so it will be easy to remember. If you forget your User Name, please call Customer Service at (888) 422-9249. After verifying your identity, a Service Representative will be happy to provide you with your User Name.

Please choose a password that is at least six characters long. You can reset your password online at anytime. We will verify your identity first, then you will be able to choose a new password. For security purposes, we never display your password or your credit card information online.

If you have created an account with Barcodewarehouse.biz, you can visit My Account to enter or update your billing address and personal shipping address, and to add or update addresses in your Address Book. Use your Address Book to store shipping addresses under nicknames of your choice. Then, when you are ready to order, you can quickly choose from your list of nicknames to access saved addresses. A nickname is a short name used to identify your Address Book entries. You can store shipping addresses under nicknames of your choice in your Address Book. Then, when you are ready to order, you can quickly choose from your list of nicknames to access saved addresses. For example, if you are entering your shipping address for a warehouse in Chicago, you might want to use the nickname, "Chicagowarehouse."

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email within two hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. You can get more information on orders and backorders by going to My Orders within My Account.

If you provide your email address when you place an order, we will send you an email with the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We usually provide this information within two days of your placing your order. If you deleted or never received this email, please Contact Us, and we will be glad to provide you with the shipper's tracking information. Visit Order Tracking within My Account to check the status of your shipment(s).

Your order history enables you to review the Barcodewarehouse.biz Web site and phone purchases you have made during the past year. Use this helpful feature to reference items you may want to order again. In order to view your order history online, we invite you to Create an Account. Your complete order history will be available immediately after you have made your first Barcodewarehouse.biz purchase.

Because we process orders very quickly, orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. Once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify it. Please Contact Us to make a change to your backorder.
